Best Western Oak Manor

I had a great experience and peaceful nights sleep. Great staff, Ms Jennifer in housekeeping was very professional and sweet, I love her southern hospitality, it is to be spoken for and recognized. The front desk concierge I forgot his name, anyway upon my arrival he gave me the best greeting and presentation ever as he extended his warm welcome. My stay was very pleasant there. I will come stay again when I'm in town.

I came here for a school trip and it was my first time going on vacation and leaving my hometown. It was FANTASTIC. Especially the breakfast. The people working here are great. Would recommend to anyone

Check in was fast and painless and I like the old school office seperated from the hotel setup. You use your key to gain entrance to the hotel and your room so this is added security. There's plenty of parking on property. The room was nice and clean and the amenities are fairly up to date. House keeping is only for 2 day stay or longer and they usually come in the morning around 10 or so. TV service is through Direct TV and they actually have in room streaming options. Breakfast was probably the best we've had ever in a hotel and the menu changed daily. The location was just not for us, however If you are here for gambling this might be the best option outside of any of the casino hotels. Its Walking distance to Beau Rivage and Hard Rock. We just like more of a beach access. Also one night we needed towels and the front desk sent up security with a set of towels and it only took a couple of minutes and the guy actually walked them over which was great. Check out was also a breeze. Again the location might not be for us, but this hotel is still an option when we're in the area

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property was well maintained and looked nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The amenities were convenient and in good condition, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Was pleased with location, cleanliness, and breakfast offerings. This is a nice option in the middle of Biloxi on Beach Blvd. If you choose you can easily walk around to the Casinos or back into the little Downtown area, it is next to a Waffle House and a Fat Tuesday. Reception was friendly and I was quick to get checked in. Room was clean and met my needs. I enjoyed my balcony sitting out with a beverage with a view of the Hard Rock Hotel. The entry door to the Hotel itself would stick a little and stay open, but they were actively repairing. The pool appeared inviting, but I did not use. I would have liked to see a Water Jug in the Lobby for re-fills. The breakfast was abundant and had multiple offerings. The friendly staff went above and beyond to meet any requests, like a to go box or extra coffee packets. It was a nice stay, not posh - but got the job done. Parking was easily available. Lobby is a separate building than the lodging rooms.

Hotel isn't too bad. Rooms are clean, bathroom is a large size. The bed is super uncomfortable, but I purchased my own mattress topper to help with that. Continental breakfast is decent. Pool is clean but really close to the front road. If you have little ones (although you should already be with them), make sure you guide them to the pool area.

We will definitely be back! Everyone was awesome from Kevin at the front desk to great housekeeping and the ladies cooking the breakfast! Ya'll rocked it this Cruisin the Coast 25!

The Staff was Polite & they acknowledged my Military Discount...status. The Room was clean & presentable. The Parking Lot was "adequate " Overall.....a positive experience & stay.The front desk Personnel was "welcoming" Customer Service was satisfactory.
